Building C Studios is home to artists, makers, and small creative businesses in the industrial heart of Ballard. We\’re one of the longest-running art studio buildings in Seattle with 20+ artists and makers.

We participate in Ballard ArtWalk a few times each year for open studios. See below for upcoming events and details. Located near the Ballard Bridge, we\’re close to Brewery Row and Ballard Blocks. We look forward to welcoming you at our next event to share the art and creations of our artists and makers!

Annual Holiday Open Studios

Celebrate the season with our annual Holiday Open Artist Studios on Saturday, December 12th, 2026, from 2-9PM.

Wander our warehouse of art and creativity! Explore and shop for unique, handmade gifts, and connect with our local artists. From paintings and ceramics to textiles, accessories, and ornaments, every corner is filled with local creations. See below for the full lineup of 10+ artists.

Make a day of it in our corner of Seattle — you\’ll find a mix of artists all in one spot with convenient parking and nearby restaurants and brew pubs. Show your solidarity and support for arts, culture, and small businesses this year, and check off your holiday shopping list at Building C!

Visiting Building C

Please help us manage building security by entering through the door off of the parking lot that leads directly to the 2nd Floor; once inside, please use our internal stairs to reach the 1st Floor participants. There are exit doors from the garage and at the west door that leads to 14th Avenue.

Building C guests are welcome to park in our lot here, between the two brown buildings, while visiting our studios. There is also street parking available along 14th Avenue NW and on Leary Way. We are within 2 blocks of bus routes 40 on Leary, and the Rapid Ride D Line on 15th Avenue NW, or a short walk from Old Ballard Avenue and nearby Brewery Row.
